Objective:

• To improve the design of Wing structure ribs plays vital role, modified the design of ribs as per the requirement of customer without disturbing overall structure of the wing in CATIA V5.
  

  Reduced the material by creating hollow structure (creating no of holes) in the rib by considering required strength of the wing.
  

  Value Engineering is done after optimization of rib structure, by calculating overall weight reduction.

Accomplishments:

  Product Definition (Modelling, Detailing/Drafting)is done by CATIA V5 application.
