Overview

• Developed a complete Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) for landing gear assembly, covering disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, troubleshooting, and functional testing. The goal was to modernize documentation, improve accuracy, and enable structured publishing aligned with aerospace standards

Inputs & Analysis

• Engineering drawings, 2D/3D CAD models, BOM, test reports, NCRs, field feedback, SME interviews.

  Review of specifications and regulatory requirements for landing gear sub-assemblies (shock strut, actuator, wheel & brake systems, uplock, downlock, retraction system).

Standards & Methodology

• Followed ATA iSpec 2200, ASD-STE100, MSTP, and aerospace safety formatting.

  Created structured XML content using controlled language and standardized templates.
